5 axis soldering machine consists of handheld box + five-axis automatic soldering machine host composed by serial communication link between the two, completion human interface, the host then complete motion control and IO ports and other operations, consisting of a set of points style, full three-dimensional, high-precision five-axis automatic soldering machine. This machine has a spot welding, drag soldering, automatic cleaning and other functions, and has a position correction, bulk editing, copying arrays, graphics pan, graphics, zoom and automatic positioning and other functions. In addition to supporting the machine and manually entered coordinates teaching mode input coordinates, but also supports import feature computer graphics, computer graphics can be converted into PLT files or G code file, and then processed by the controller is converted to solder machine processing file.
